2. Information We Collect
We collect information in the following ways:
- Account data — email address, name, and password when you register
- Usage data — which features you use, pages visited, actions taken
- Submitted content — documents, images, or text you upload to our services (e.g. card photos, RFP documents, site photos)
- Payment data — billing information processed by Stripe (we never store raw card numbers)
- Communications — emails or messages you send us
- Voice call data — for NightShift, call recordings and transcripts captured via our AI receptionist
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and operate our services
- To process payments and manage subscriptions
- To send transactional emails (receipts, confirmations, alerts)
- To improve product quality and fix bugs
- To comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your submitted content to train AI models without your explicit, separate consent.
4. Third-Party Services

5. Data Storage and Retention
Your data is stored on servers in Australia and the United States via Supabase. We retain account data for as long as your account is active. Submitted content (images, documents, transcripts) is retained for 12 months after creation, after which it may be automatically deleted. You may request earlier deletion at any time by contacting us.
6. Cookies
We use essential session cookies to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this will prevent you from staying logged in to our products.
7. Your Rights
Under Australian Privacy Act 1988, you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your data
- Opt out of non-essential communications

8. Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.
9. Security
We implement reasonable technical measures to protect your data including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted storage, and role-based access controls. No system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
