The app opens a satellite view. The same aerial imagery used by Google Maps. The operator clicks around the boundary of the surface they need to quote. The Turf.js library calculates the enclosed area in square metres with sub-2 percent accuracy for most residential properties.

From there the operator selects the job type and their stored rate per square metre does the rest. The quote total appears instantly. One click generates a branded PDF. Another sends it to the customer's phone by SMS.

The customer opens their phone, sees the quote, and can reply or call back. No waiting for the operator to drive out. No wasted afternoon on a job that does not convert.

For operators who quote 10 to 20 jobs a week the time saved is real. But the bigger change is that quoting becomes something you do same day. Win rates go up because the quote arrives before the customer has called anyone else.
